Get Financial Peace LLC (“GFP”) collects only what you send us so we can answer you and, if we work together, deliver coaching.
If you use the contact form or email hello@getfinancialpeace.com, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, and the message you write. During an engagement we may also receive financial statements and other records you choose to share.
To reply, schedule, scope work, and keep a professional record. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Doug Hampton and any contractor who must see it to provide the service (for example a secure file host). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond. Client records are kept for the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for professional and legal reasons, then deleted or archived with care.
The public site is static pages. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages. Your email provider and web host may process technical data (such as IP address in server logs) in the ordinary course of delivering mail and the website.
