• Founded and grown multiple businesses, including two Medicare Certified Home Health Companies, MedStaff Home Health East Inc. and Medstaff Home Health West Inc., a Telecommunications Staffing and Consulting Company and MedStaff Temporary Personnel Inc, a nurse staffing company that served over 50 healthcare facilities across rural Kansas.

• Achieved the first-ever deficiency-free startup audit in Kansas for a home health agency an unprecedented milestone in the industry

• Earned two Jaycees Entrepreneur of the Year awards for innovation and leadership

• Provided personalized care and support as a licensed R.N., a Nationally Certified Care Manager and a Master Financial Coach
