This Is How I Work for You
As your financial and business coach, my goal is simple: to help you reduce stress, solve or mitigate problems at their root, and assertively move forward with intention and clarity toward your business and personal goals.
A Systems Approach That Sees the Whole Business
I work with you using a systems science framework, meaning I don’t just address symptoms—I examine how all parts of your business interact. Whether we’re tackling financial concerns, operational bottlenecks, or growth planning, I assess how each issue connects to the overall system of your business.
My lens always includes the following key components:
Finance & Accounting
Marketing & Sales
Human Resources
Legal & Compliance
Products & Services
Operations & Management Structure
By evaluating how these areas influence one another, I help you uncover root causes—not just surface-level issues—and develop smart, lasting solutions.
How My Approach Compares to Other Professional Services
While many business owners turn to professionals such as attorneys, accountants, or marketing consultants for help, those services often come with limitations that can create additional friction—especially during times of crisis or rapid transition.
Here’s how my coaching approach stands apart:
Aspect | Traditional Professionals | My Business Coaching Model |
---|---|---|
Availability | Limited to business hours | Evening, weekend, and text availability |
Access Before Payment | Rarely begin work without payment | Work begins even if billing is delayed |
Flexibility During Crisis | Strict policies | Compassionate billing and flexible support |
Engagement Style | Transactional | Strategic and relationship-driven |
Problem-Solving | Specialty-specific | Whole-system, root-cause focused |
Ongoing Support | Often ends with deliverable | Continuous adaptation and accountability |
Why I Don’t Use a Reductionist Approach
In business, it’s easy to look at problems in isolation—treating each one as if it stands alone. This is known as a reductionist approach, and while it may offer short-term relief, it’s rarely effective for achieving long-term resilience or meaningful growth.
Every problem in a business is, of course, a problem. But more importantly, it is usually a symptom of a deeper issue—most often a management or systems-level breakdown. Whether it's cash flow challenges, staff turnover, weak marketing results, or operational inefficiencies, these are not just individual problems to 'fix.' They are signals of something larger: misalignment, gaps in planning, or missing structures in leadership, communication, or execution
By addressing only what’s visible, you risk treating symptoms while the root issue continues to erode progress beneath the surface.
That’s why my approach is different: I don’t 'patch holes.' I help you restructure the system so the holes stop forming in the first place—leading to more stable operations, stronger outcomes, and a more resilient business overall.
A Proven Care Planning Method Adapted for Business
With a background in healthcare and business leadership, I’ve adapted the care planning process for use in business coaching. Just like in patient care, every recommendation I make is aligned with your stated goals, and each step is designed to reduce stress, remove obstacles, and enhance function—all while steadily moving you toward the results you care about.
Here’s what the process includes:
Assessment – A comprehensive look at your business, including finances, workflows, market position, staffing, leadership capacity, and personal workload or stressors.
SWOT Analysis – A focused review of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to give strategic context to decisions.
Diagnosis & Root-Cause Analysis – Identifying what’s happening and why—tracing challenges back to their origin.
Action Planning – A tailored plan aligned with your resources, goals, and priorities. Every step has a clear purpose and measurable outcome.
Support & Accountability – Continued implementation support, helping you adapt as needed and maintain progress—not perfection.
Strategic Timing with the End in Mind
As we work together, some steps may appear premature or disconnected from your top concerns. Please know: every action I take is intentional and aligned with your end goals.
Much of my work involves laying a foundation—the value of which may only become visible later. These early-stage actions often unlock greater efficiency, decision-making clarity, and momentum over time.
By focusing on systems and root causes rather than chasing isolated symptoms, we avoid the endless cycle of temporary fixes. This approach is usually the lowest-cost, most effective path forward—because it minimizes wasted time, reactive spending, and repeated mistakes.
Autonomy with Purpose
You may not always see everything I’m doing in real time. That’s intentional. My work requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, allowing me to move with speed and depth while you stay focused on your leadership role.
Although the process may happen behind the scenes, the results will speak for themselves—through improved financials, streamlined operations, better team performance, and significantly reduced stress.
To provide timely, effective recommendations—especially when unexpected issues arise—it’s essential that I remain integrated into the operating details and information flow across all aspects of your business. Without access to the full picture, my ability to respond quickly or guide you strategically is limited. When I’m looped in consistently, I can serve as a true strategic partner—not just a reactive consultant.
Client-Centered, Goal-Driven
Everything I do is grounded in your vision and values. Whether your goal is to increase revenue, regain control, clarify your finances, or reduce operational chaos, I bring collaboration, precision, and deep business insight to the table.
My constant objective is to help you build a better version of your business—one that generates more profit, less stress, and fewer complications. This is about creating a business that works for you, not against you.
This isn’t cookie-cutter coaching. It’s a personalized system for transformation—built on care, strategy, and real-world experience.
Continuous Objective: Profitable, Low-Drama Growth
Everything I do in a coaching relationship is designed to:
Reduce unnecessary complication
Increase profits without burnout
Build a business the owner can enjoy, not just endure
Create a business that can run and generate profit—even in the owner’s absence
This isn’t just theory. I’ve helped business owners transform operations from chaos to control—often under intense pressure and high-stakes conditions.
Additional Benefits for Clients in Crisis or Transition
When a business is in crisis—or emerging from it—timing, clarity, and emotional bandwidth are everything. I recognize that during these periods, owners and executives are often overwhelmed with day-to-day operations. That’s why I offer additional flexibility and support to meet you where you are:
Evening, Weekend, and Text Access – Available beyond standard hours, including text communication for urgent needs.
Compassionate Billing Support – For clients with severe financial constraints, billing may be temporarily paused after intake.
Unbilled Time for High-Engagement Clients – Much of the informal work and communication goes unbilled to maintain momentum and progress.
Real-World Results: Case Studies
1. Robin S. and 4PAWS Grooming, LLC: From 27 Credit Cards and Delinquency to Profitability – A Personal Turnaround Story
"When I reached out for help, my business—4PAWS, LLC—was drowning in debt. I owed about $150,000, spread across 27 maxed out credit cards. Nearly $30,000 of that was a car loan I was behind on, and that car was essential for getting to client appointments and keeping the business afloat.
Financially, I had depleted all my savings and was down to just $800 in my accounts—and even that money wasn’t truly mine. My accounting and financial records were a complete mess. I was so short on cash that I often waited until the last possible moment to make payments, constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul. That had been my way of surviving for years.
Emotionally, I was drained. I was constantly on edge, working nonstop, and overwhelmed with stress. I had no clear direction or plan—just the sinking feeling that I was losing control.
Working with Mr. Hampton and Get Financial Peace changed everything. We didn’t just address the numbers—we tackled the deeper chaos and emotional strain behind them. We restructured my financial systems, directly confronted the debt, and rebuilt my client acquisition strategies to support real profitability. Mr. Hampton also created detailed and separate cash flow documents for my personal and business finances, which gave me the clarity I had been missing for years.
Mr. Hampton has helped me solve problems with debt, revenue, cash flow, staffing issues, marketing, and more.
And incredibly, in just 90 days, everything changed:
I went from generalized chaos to true financial and operational clarity
I went from having no plan to a focused, goal-oriented strategy
My annualized cash flow improved by nearly $40,000
My business revenue jumped from 40% capacity to nearly 100%
For the first time ever, I have new clients on a waiting list
Clients are now pre-booking 60 days in advance—something I’ve never seen before!
Under the new financial plan, I’m projected to save $480,000 in real dollars.
We’re preparing for a Phase 2 debt restructuring that will likely boost cash flow by another $10,000 per year and save around $250,000 in interest.
I’m expecting another $10,000 in annual cash flow improvements from ongoing operational changes.
Before I called Mr. Hampton, I was on the brink of forced bankruptcy. I was about to lose my home, my business—everything. But now, I’m back in profit. My debt is under control. I have extra cash in the bank, and for the first time in years, I feel safe.
Mr. Hampton changed my life. Even though I didn’t have the financial ability to pay for services up front, he went to work and performed most of his services before receiving payment. He was paid after my problems were solved.
Today, 4PAWS, LLC is not only stable and profitable—it’s growing. And for the first time in over a decade, I finally have breathing room, stability, and confidence in my future."

2. Emergency Turnaround: Nursing Home Reinstated After State Shutdown
While running my healthcare staffing company and Medicare-certified home care agencies, I was contacted by a Kansas-based nursing home in crisis. They requested staffing support—but as we began assisting, it became clear they were in far deeper trouble.
The facility had nearly 100 deficiencies, with state regulators on-site nearly every day. Staffing was a major issue. Just days later, one of my nurses on-site informed me the state had shut the facility down, revoked its license, and terminated Medicare funding.
I immediately contacted the state, explained our role, and requested time to intervene. Though I had hoped for 30 days, they granted me only two weeks.
I immediately mobilized my team and led a coordinated push to stabilize staffing and resolve key compliance failures. After two weeks, the state granted another two-week extension due to visible progress. Over the course of an estimated 60 days, we turned the facility around, had its license and funding reinstated, and helped it avoid what would have been a permanent shutdown. We charged no fees up front—our work was paid for only after Medicare funding resumed.
In an industry where license revocation usually signals closure or sale, this was a rare and powerful win.
Conclusion
My coaching isn't based on buzzwords or templates—it’s built on firsthand experience leading real businesses through crisis, complexity, and chaos into clarity and control. If your business is overwhelming, stagnant, or constantly dependent on your personal hustle, I help you build a better way forward—one that performs, scales, and gives you your life back.
Let’s create that transformation together.
