Policies and Agreements

CONFIDENTALITY:

Coach will treat all information provided by Client as confidential information and will not disclose such information to any third party without written consent from Client, unless such disclosure is made to a party or parties directly related to Client and are a part of this Agreement, or are a legal Agent for the Client, or if disclosure is required by a court of law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY and AGREEMENT:

All work products and all communications from Coach are for Personal Financial Matters and to be used only for problem identification, goal setting, action planning, and adjustment to courses of action. Coach is not an attorney, accountant, investment advisor, financial planner or investment advisor and does not offer such advice, nor will Coach invest or control Client’s money for any reason whatsoever. Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to the Coach and agrees to review all deliverables produced by the Coach to verify accuracy of all deliverables. Client understands that end products are a result of inputs from Client, of discovery, review and modification and agrees to hold Coach harmless for any factual errors in end products, with correction of errors by Coach being a full and complete remedy.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Please consider your availability carefully for the consultation time you are booking. Understand that when a time slot is booked and paid for it blocks the time on our calendar so no one else can book during that time period. The time you pay for is your time and it's dedicated strictly for you. Therefore, except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable and non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event unforeseen circumstances arise that would prevent you from meeting the scheduled commitment you may apply your payment towards a future, like consultation. By making the payment for this service you are affirming you have read and understand our CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY and AGREEMENT, and our REFUND/RESCHEDULING POLICY above.
